I had carpet installed from this company back in 2019 and again in December 2025. Both times I've had an exceptional experience. Angela in the showroom was very pleasant to deal with and quick to respond. Installers Shawn and Tony were top notch; they treated my home with care and were fun to chat with. To top it off, the pricing was significantly better than a nearby competitor.
Had some engineered hard wood boards replaced this am by two gentlemen. They mentioned they were a subcontractor for this company. They were professional, kept everything SO tidy (not a spec of dust after cutting the old boards out) and were friendly with the animals. Great crew
I just bought my house during the pandemic and tried endlessly to find a good flooring that wasn't outrageously priced to finish off the main level of my house. Chris was very accommodating by bringing me samples to compare what would work best for the floor in regards to colours and thickness. I did end up finding the original flooring that I could have installed and then all my main floor would be the same but, I decided after all the work that was put in I would purchase my flooring from carpet plus. I had it delivered and installed today and I honestly can’t wait to put it on another project that I will be doing next.
Carpets Plus in Kingston is awesome! Al and staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I sourced out the same flooring at a few places and the price for product and install was sooo much better here. They were very accommodating too.The guys who came to lay the floor were friendly and professional, and the floor looks amazing!! Thank you everyone at Carpets Plus! ???? We shopped around and can't even compare the service, price, and product quality to Carpet Plus. Their price was incredible, the product was outstanding compared to other places in that price area, and they installed on time. Installation was excellent; they even added a nose to my top step, which I didn't ask for. Quality work - quality product - quality service! We are very happy customers.
