We had such a positive experience purchasing our flooring! Lisa was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy and completely stress-free. Her service was fast and efficient, and she answered all of our questions with confidence and care.
We’ll definitely be looking for Lisa again in the near future for our next purchase. The complimentary cleaning spray was such a thoughtful bonus and truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Source Flooring in Kitchener. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right flooring for my home. They offered a great selection of high-quality options and took the time to explain the differences so I could make an informed decision.
The installation was smooth, professional, and completed on time. The attention to detail and craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations — the final result completely transformed the space.
If you’re looking for reliable service, fair pricing, and excellent workmanship, I highly recommend Source Flooring. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with such great customer care.

Purchasing materials went wonderful with excellent advise on colours and designs. There was a "hick-up" with the installer but Source Flooring made it totally right. Their professional approach towards this challenge was amazing and very supportive towards clients!. Would so highly recommend this company for their professional advise, assistance and kindness.

This store has a great selection of flooring options, with reasonable prices. The store associates are also friendly. However, after buying our floor and having it packed into the car by some younger gentleman, as soon as pulled unto the road, the flooring shifted around. I'd have expected better packing of the boxes, or securing it at least so it wouldnt move around! As soon as I got home and opened the trunk, one box also slid out and slammed into the driveway. 3 boards damaged thanks to that...

I was lucky enough to deal with Source Flooring finding the prices excellent and the service great. I’m doing my upper floor including 3 bedrooms and a hallway. The flooring I decided on was at a reduced price in their clearance centre and I was given the name of an installer making the process an easy one for me.
I would definitely return to Source Flooring and refer out to friends. Mitchell at the front desk was pleasant and efficient. A pleasure to deal with.
