The Carpet Store

We had a great experience from start to finish dealing with Kaspar. We went in on a Saturday looking for carpet for our stairs and landings. After finding the carpet we liked, we got an estimate, and Kaspar came to our house to measure that day. He then finalized our quote, gave us the timlines for install, and all went very well. The installers did a great job!

I found the Carpet Store to be so helpful and friendly during the planning stages of my bathroom renovation. I had a vision and they helped it come to life. I signed out lots of different tile samples to see what they’d look like in my space, which was key to making the right decision. They also helped me source tile trim and ordered a sample in so I could see it in real life. After we ordered, the supplier ended up sending the wrong size of tile trim, but Mike was able to clear it up and get the correct size quickly for us. Thanks for all your help!

We had such a great experience with The Carpet Store. We purchased three runners and were so impressed from start to finish. Miguel and Matteo were incredibly knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect styles for our home. The installation was quick, clean, and done with real care. We’re so happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service!

As the owner of Renowave Renovations Inc., I’ve been working with The Carpet Store in Kitchener for many years, and their commitment to product excellence and customer satisfaction has always stood out. Their entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers high-quality products along with such dependable service. They operate with the care and integrity you’d expect from a family-owned business—always respectful, honest, and committed to doing things right. It’s been a truly positive experience every time, and I have nothing but great things to say. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring solutions they can trust.

We are very happy with our new floors from the Carpet Store. Very knowledgeable team matched our existing floor and the installers did such a fine job on our tricky hallway layout. Very kind and friendly team made the whole process seamless and got my floors done very quickly. Small family business that obviously knows what theyre doing. I'd recommend to anyone.
