Everyone I talked to were really friendly. We only needed one room carpeted and they were able to get me a quote super fast with something that matched the rest of the carpet on that floor. Measurements and install was done in a timely manner with professionalism. Would highly recommend!!

Remember how it was doing business with a company pre-Covid? Great service with products in stock? Instillation was done the next week? Prices were reasonable? That’s what it was like doing business with Budget Floors! This company is outstanding. They are knowledgeable, experienced, honest, and very reasonable! They had great quality carpet and flooring IN STOCK. We told them what we were lookiing for and they found some suggestions- even product on sale! They are finishing installing our flooring as I write this. On time. As promised. Perfectly! DONT WASTE TIME LOOKING ANYWHERE ELSE.! Get your flooring in your house next week!
We ended up getting a pretty good deal on some carpet for our building so no complaints there but the whole installation process was awful. They did part of the install and then disappeared with no contact. We had to call multiple times to get them to come back to finish. My tape measure and Bluetooth speaker came up missing and they also helped themselves to a case of Diet Coke from our refrigerator. Skip this place and go find someone trustworthy.
We've shopped the big box stores and couldn't find what worked for us, so we tried Budget Flooring. The cost is about the same, but the product is twice as good. We're very happy so far in dealing with them, I'll post an update when the floor is done.
