Tom came out to do the measurements and took the time to educate us along the way—he even saved us from putting the wrong product in the wrong room, which could have cost us more. Let me just say: these folks are GREAT!! We first used them three decades ago, when they did all the flooring (both vinyl and carpet) for our new-build house here in East Lansing. They were super helpful, professional, and didn't try to "upsell" us on higher-priced products not within our budget. Ten years ago, when we decided to upgrade our flooring throughout, they were equally helpful - even when we ran into significant problems with the install. Specifically, our house has joists running in two different directions (at right angles) - which means that the plank flooring we had chosen would have to be laid at right angles, with a seam down the middle. Tom (their installation expert) came out to the site, and immediately suggested laying the planks on a diagonal instead - which not only solved the dilemma, but looks STUNNING. Ten years later, the floor still looks INCREDIBLE and BRAND NEW (see photo); and we constantly get compliments on its beauty. THIS week, we met with them yet again, to re-do our basement flooring - and Mary in the showroom and Tom (once again) have been fantastic, as always. So yeah, these folks are simply the BEST IN THE BUSINESS, and you won't go wrong with having them do your flooring! A++, all the way around.
We figured that a pandemic was the perfect time for a major home remodel with 3 kids... just kidding, but Maloney made the experience easier than we thought. Our installer was amazing- he was prompt, dedicated, calm, polite, and helpful. The progress was evident each day and his attention to detail will be appreciated and enjoyed for years. The whole team has been great to work with. They did what they said they would when they said they would- what more can you ask for?

My wife and I were very pleased with your customer service staff (especially Kathy) and their answering of all our questions.Also, Scott Tracy, your installer did an outstanding job; an absolutely fine finishing job. He paid close attention to use of materials, patterns, and how much flooring would be needed to finish the job when fully across the floor.Besides, he is a US Army veteran (like me) and we had plenty to talk about from our overseas combat experiences.Overall, great job; well done. We are very pleased with the finished product and at a reasonable cost too.
