Mike and Mikayla were extremely patient and helpful for all of our flooring needs. The installations for our carpet were AMAZING. we looked in every corner, stair, and edge to find some sort of imperfection and it was flawless. Highly recommend.
I would not use them again. We used them to carpet our new house, just a few years ago. They used what looked like a second on the first level. It had tons of lines through out the carpet. It looked really bad. We asked for a refund on that carpet. They improperly installed the main level carpet and came to repair it but it’s never laid correctly. All the carpet is now buckling. They said they will come fix it but told me I would have to pay to have it re- stretched. This is the carpet on the main level where guest see it so now have to pay another company to fix what they never put down properly. Like I stated earlier, we did get a refund for the carpet they put upstairs because it had many visible lines running through out but I did not get a refund for this carpet in the photos. Still trying to get things resolved 8 months later.
What a great company to work with. We had them install carpet in our upstairs and then just a few weeks ago they helped us find some great carpet for our RV. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Will definitely shop here for any future needs!
Love love love my carpet! Americarpet gave us the best bid and were amazing to work with. They were able to install based on our home remodel timeline and did our whole house in a day! The transitions from wood to carpet look great! I couldn’t be happier!
Thrilled with my experience at Americarpets! I was looking for some LVP or laminate flooring and really appreciated the wide selection they had. It was nice to be able to look through so many brands and colors all in one place.Mikayla really listened to what I was looking for and started pulling samples she thought I might like while I was doing the same which definitely helped.When I called Mike and let him know which flooring I wanted he had it ready for pickup same day.The whole process was seamless, easy, fast, and they were so helpful.
