Généralement, j'ai toujours eu un excellent service à ce magasin dont je vais régulièrement; cependant un employé, d'un certain âge, du département électrique, a refusé de me servir.Je cherchais un luminaire plafonnier, qui était installé en démonstration dans le display à environ 10 pieds du sol, mais cet item ne se trouvait pas sur les tablettes, il est dans l'entrepôt.Je vais au comptoir du département électrique et je demande alors poliment à cet employé de voir la boite et les infos sur ce produit avant de l'acheter. Il me dit : "Tu le vois la (le démo)! ben je peux pas te le montrer plus que ca! Si tu l'achète pas, je vais pas te le chercher... blablabla... En plus si tu rouvre la boite, je vais être obligé de le vendre en spécial..." Tout ca avec un air bête, sans sourire, et très condescendant.Lorsque j'ai vu la fermeture du personnage, je lui ai dit "OK, laisse faire, ca va être beau" et je suis parti ailleurs. Je n'argumente pas avec ces gens méprisants.Sincèrement vous allez me perdre comme client, si vous embauchez des personnage impolis avec la clientèle, comme lui...
We took the trouble to take a ticket to get help at the materials counter. There were no customers waiting and only two employees behind the counter. We waited almost five minutes and were met with complete indifference from the two people who continued playing on the computer. Not even a moment later, they said, "We'll be with you in a moment." What a lack of civility at work and what excellent customer service! ??
