We visited on a Sunday because it was convenient with our work schedules. Our initial plan was simply to select new tile for our kitchen, as we had already chosen the hardwood flooring for our living room from a different store.

However, the customer service and knowledge that Will provided made the entire experience exceptional. He was patient, informative, and took the time to answer all of our questions. His expertise gave us confidence in our selections and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and manageable.

After experiencing a catastrophic event in our home, what started as a simple visit quickly turned into selecting tile, carpet, and hardwood flooring. This was an emotional and stressful time for us, but Will’s professionalism, compassion, and expertise made all the difference. His customer service was truly unmatched, and we are incredibly grateful for his support throughout this process.

We used the Floor Store in Dublin before Covid, putting wood in three rooms. They were fantastic -5 stars. Naturally when we wanted to put wood in two other rooms we only called them. We alerted them to a difficult part of the installation. At first they said it couldn't be done. When we showed them pictures how they had done it the first time they said they could do it. The rest reads like a construction nightmare.
1.They forgot to write to GLUE and nail the wood during installation. They responded after many, many {mostly unreturned) phone calls that the installation was wrong, because both rooms had "squeaky flooring", they tried to make it my fault because I hadn't asked for that- when I said that I had no idea what they needed to do they relented and said they would repair it.
2. The repairers would never commit to a time- "I can"t tell you when they'll be there- they"ll be there when they get there" . "When do you think you"ll be done?" -"When we"re done." It sounded like a line from the movie about the painting of the Systine Chapel. When they finished it was a pretty good C+ job. The entryways where the wood met tile were still not done correctly to our specification.
3. I am saving the worst for last: After the original installers left (we had soft drinks for them gave them a $40 dollar tip and jumped the dead battery on their truck). After they left I discovered that a wallet that I had inherited from my grandfather with approximately$270-$300 in it was missing. When I called the Floor Store I was barely able to keep from crying out loud. I was told they would look into it. I asked to speak to the manager, or any manager and the only response that I got from the Floor Store was "I asked my men; they said they didn't do it." The response I got was "you are a Liar." I am 82 years old and feel like I was really a chump to deal with a store that doesn't return phone calls and then insults you and treated you like everything was your fault from beginning to end.

I wanted Karastan carpet for my home and The Floor Store in Dublin had a nice variety. There was no pressure at all to purchase and I had positive communication with everyone. The installers, brothers Antonio and Alvaro, provided a seamless installation and I am very pleased. This was a great experience and the carpet is stunning.

Teza was great to work with at The Floor Store in Dublin!
I ordered tiles for my bathroom wall and had a tight renovation schedule. He understood my situation and followed up with the supplier so I could receive my order earlier than expected.

When the second batch arrived with some damage during transport, he handled it very kindly and arranged a quick refund.

We highly recommend the Dublin Floor Store. Teza is the absolute best and we feel so lucky to have met him to do our floors. We did the floors in the whole house and he made sure everything was done to the highest standards and stress free. He had excellent communication, accurate timeline for job completion. We absolutely adore our floors. We have gotten tons of compliments on it already and we just moved in! We couldn’t have asked for better flooring company.
