Had a beautiful job done on my flooring here. Measurements and estimates were provided timely. They were flexible as I had to delay the start date due to the timing of the construction.
Great prices and top notch installers with years of experience! Been coming her for years for my carpets. Best price and quick installation. I saw other reviews that had complained of poor customer service but I know these guys and they are honest good people and always have your best interests in mind. Just did my daughters room after they had installed carpet 10 years ago when she was born. They my family's go to for carpet. Thanks Del for the service!
We’ve had Chad’s crew come out to replace linoleum in our kitchen and carpet in our house and both times they’ve done an outstanding job. They have a large selection to choose from and were in and out in just a couple of days. The crew was on time and did a great job and left the house looking beautiful! We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. Competitively priced too!
This is not the typical carpet sales showroom. These guys are the best and the most competitive on prices. I have been a customer for 20 years with 2 houses and an apartment building. They are as honest as they come. .
The weather I would describe this business is a long-standing business that should update its processes in order to stay competitive.Del was friendly, but it seemed a little strange to me how they have patterns they could not guarantee if they are available but yet they are hanging in there showroom. I don't just mean out of stock but mean I may not be able to get them from the manufacturer. They also apparently pass on a $75 freight charge on to the customer instead of incorporating it into their price per yard.Since its a $75 delivery charge I have to pay anyway I asked if it was possible if they could just deliver it to my house since I'm having to pay the business to ship it to them it might as well ship it to me. Unfortunately he said that wasn't possible.Limited selection. And most at $13 a yard.
