Build Design America and Kiba Studios

This was my Intial experience looking at options. It was nice because they had everything: porcelain tile flooring, wood flooring, countertops, cabinets, carpeting, cupboards, sinks, bathroom tiles, etc. I could ask questions about chemicals used (very safe), durability, and different fibers. They could access colors that were not "in vogue." They offered samples for decision making.

Recently, our church embarked on a substantial renovation project involving the installation of carpet tiles and laminate flooring. We chose Build Design America for the job, and their team exceeded all expectations! They completed the extensive project within just two days, and the results were simply stunning. What impressed me most was not just the superior quality of the flooring but also the exceptional service we received. The communication from the team was clear and consistent, ensuring we were informed and satisfied at every stage. The owner personally oversaw the project and was readily available to answer any queries we had, adding a touch of personal commitment that you rarely see. I decided to hire Build Design America again for a personal project-- Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in my basement. Once again, they did not disappoint. The pricing was very competitive, and the quality of the products was outstanding. Top-notch flooring company!
