Beyond Flooring USA

Beyond Flooring is excellent. Huge selection with genuinely good options at different price points, not the picked-over stuff you see at a lot of flooring stores. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and actually helpful. Customer service was smooth from start to finish, delivery was fast, and most importantly, the product we wanted was in stock and available right away. No delays, no surprises. If you’re shopping for flooring in Los Angeles and want good selection, fair pricing, and reliable service, Beyond Flooring is absolutely worth it.

I've now completed my second project with BeyondFlooring, and ounce again they delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. What sets them apart is what how invested they are in guiding you through every aspect of the project- design, scope, budget, execution. They don't just sell you material, but they help you make the smartest choices to maximize both the look and value of your project. Their in-house designer is a huge plus. It feels like getting a high-level design service for free. That alone saved so much selection-time and put things into context. Highly recommended!

What can I say Lev is great. No bs. Honest and straight forward gets you what you want and need. Can’t wait to post final photos. If you need tiles and want great prices but above all great customer service this is the place. I have referred dozen of our friends and neighbors who are doing remodels to them. Not one complaint. If you go somewhere else your wasting your time and money.

After visiting numerous showrooms around LA, I finally found the one. The customer service was simply the best here (Thank you Jay!) and the selection is amazing, so many beautiful options. I ended up buying the bathroom floors that matched my vision as well as beautiful black shower drains. The turn around time was very fast, which is very rare in times of Covid. I highly recommend this professional and friendly business.
