Diverse flooring checked off all the boxes when it came to what I as looking for, they are a locally family run business , they were exceptionally friendly, affordable, and extremely knowledgeable in what they do. Todd was very helpful in assisting me with the right choice of vinyl flooring for the kitchen, as well, as explaining the process to revitalize my stair nosings using my existing flooring. I couldn’t be more happy with my results Todd and his team did an amazing job, if ever I choose to do this again, I will most definitely be going with diverse flooring. We had a great experience working with Shawn and his team. Shawn was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward the right materials for our needs, and we’re absolutely thrilled with our choices—Mohawk RevWood Select in Shoreline Oak and Mohawk SmartStrand Forever Clean carpet with a radiant finish. Both are perfect for our home, especially with a dog in the family. Shawn was always responsive, whether by email or text, which made communication easy throughout the project. A big shoutout to Lad, who did an excellent job with the floor levelling and laminate installation, and to Al, whose carpet work was top-notch. One thing that could have made the experience even better would be a final walkthrough to go over any concerns together, but overall, we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
