Floors were beautiful however during installation we were 25% short even though their rep came and measured floor. When I went to order more within 4 weeks of original order they increased the price. They would not acknowledge their error. Beware and don't trust their measurements...Payment of $3k made prior to pickup on Monday Nov 9th (max etransfer amount). Outstanding due was $250.00. Nov 11th was holiday. Paid full amount via etransfer today. Don't exaggerate only 10, and 2 texts & 5 phone calls on a holiday...good luck
