The sales staff were lovely from start to finish. The installers however.. When we had our main level floors done in mid 2023, we were first informed we wouldn't need any leveling. Great, we thought. Then a month later, nails started popping out (I cut my foot on one), and the laminate was getting very large gaps. To their credit they came back to level that section of the floor and fix the nails. Now this evening, in a completely different area, a nail has again popped up and I have again cut my foot on it. I'm going to just fix this myself, and thank the universe it wasn't my 4 year old who found the nail. We will not be doing any business with them in the future if this is what they consider reasonable work. EDIT - LW reached out to me the very next morning and took my concerns very seriously. Sam came out after we had arranged a date, and completely removed that section of the floor to fix the issue, as well as a small piece of trim that had popped off.

Shayne was very precise in his measurements and Larry who did the installation is hardworking and he is really meticulous on the details. Very friendly staff.
