I got carpet from them 4 1/2 years ago in the house we moved into. The carpet quality was great. The problem was the installation. At that time there were 3 people who came to install the carpet, the main person did a great job and carpet is still good. The other people did a poor job on his team. I had contacted carpet uno on the regular to get it stretched and fixed after few back and forth someone came out and did the bare minimum but even empty room not used until now had carpet loosened up a few weeks after install. When they came into to fix it as mentioned did bare minimum. I had to hire a different company and pay around $800 do fix it and it hasn’t wrinkled again.Pls be cautious and actually check to make sure that carpet is tight when they finish installing. I would not personally recommend them again.
They did an amazing job!The price was great! Service from the time we went and looked at the carpet to installing was excellent . We have to change our install date several times due to other work we were having done in our home and they were so easy to work with!I will use them for all my carpet and flooring needs.
Uno Carpet was wonderful to work with - so glad I found them on Google and everyone's reviews ! Communication was efficient and timely with any question I had prior to installation. Pricing was also great and very competitive for brand name product as I had gotten a few quotes. The installers did a wonderful job and were able to get our carpets in when I requested a last minute install order to keep our home update on schedule.Definitely recommend!
Jess was super helpful in picking out the right color. The installers arrived on time and were fast in the installation. They cleaned up and replaced my heavy bookcase. I am so pleased.
