My hope was that I could also write an amazing review of our experience and installation with this company; however, we never afforded the opportunity to have a consultation appointment. My husband and I spoke with Morgan at the Midsouth Homeshow and I was excited about the flooring options so we set up an appointment. The morning of our appt, she reached out to advise that she needed to reschedule, which I understood and agreed to reschedule. When I realized that the date scheduled for the next week would not work due to a prior engagement, we set an appointment date for this morning. Unfortunately, I received another text, again on the morning of our appointment, to reschedule the date for the following week. When I stated that we are on a timeline due to finalizing the budget for other projects as well, the response was not to attempt to still come out on the current appointment date at a later time, but for a later date. Professionalism and respect for a perspective customer goes a long way in the service industry. Repeatedly rescheduling an appointment on the morning of gives a clear indication that my time and money that I was willing to spend with this company were not considered valuable. I don’t take writing a review that is not flattering of a company lightly so I hope that the company makes a point to extend respect and value of a perspective customer’s time to everyone. We will be taking our business elsewhere to a company that values everyone’s business.
Josh and Amy did a great, wonderful and professional job on my kitchen floor. They were so nice and explained everything in detail what they would do. Very satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to anyone wanting their floors remodeled.
We had our engineered hardwood floors replaced. Sarah at Tim Hogan was extremely helpful. She took so much time in listening to me to find exactly what I wanted. Sarah was very reassuring when I was started getting stressed about if I picked the right floor. The crew that installed the flooring were very nice. They were there when they said they would be & they cleaned up everything. I would use Tim Hogan again & recommend them to anyone.
If you’re on the fence about who to use, I highly recommend Tim Hogans Carpet & Floors. They have a great selection of carpet and wood materials. The installers were dependable and cleaned up as they worked and at the end of each day. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It’s just what we wanted!!

Just a week later, the installation team arrived, removed the old carpet, and completed the new flooring in a single day.I really appreciated how simple and well-organized the entire process was. I felt fully informed about both the product and the cost. The installers, Mondo and Brian, were skilled, professional, and efficient. I’m especially grateful for their patience as I kept checking in on the progress. Their workmanship and attention to detail made the experience a very positive one.
