FLOOR MIAMI (Laminate Flooring Inc)

I had the best experience with floor Miami . Specially with the sales associate Gustavo Rodrigues . Excellent customer service. He was extremely helpful and patient with me . He helped me to choose the best option and price for my needs. I highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend!! Excellent service from start to finish. Gustavo was friendly and professional, and the delivery and dispatch were fast and super organized. The quality of the products is outstanding, and the prices are very competitive. Satisfied customer for sure!

I’ve worked with Gustavo and the team at Floor Miami on multiple remodels, and I keep coming back. Their product selection covers a wide range of budgets without sacrificing quality, and they consistently offer competitive market pricing. What really sets them apart is their service — they’re knowledgeable, helpful, and make the entire purchasing process easy with guidance, recommendations, and a genuinely positive attitude. As a contractor, having reliable material and a supplier who acts like part of the team is extremely valuable. Floor Miami has become a go-to resource for my projects. Highly recommended.

Before purchasing flooring from this store, I recommend comparing prices with other retailers. The stairs floor we ordered were significantly overpriced, but since we were there we just got them. We were debating between round or squares model. At the end, we specifically chose square stairs, but they delivered round ones instead. When we reached out to address the mistake, the only response we received was, “You should have checked the receipt.” A simple exchange could have resolved the issue and earned them a satisfied customer, but instead, they lost one over something that should have been easy to fix.
