Had an LVP floor installed. Have a number of spots where it has failed already. Am getting blown off by the Missoula staff. Calling corporate tomorrow.Edit. They came through in the end, but took a long time. Floor was replaced at no charge.
This company completely botched a floor job leaving lots of dangerous hazards and looked completely awful. They have on multiple occasions tried to still charge for the work, they refuse to send anyone who will actually show up to fix the work that they did. A completely frustrating experience for everyone involved and when I previously left a review with photos; they reported me and had the honest review of their company taken down! If you saw the work they did, anyone would agree that it's completely unacceptable and should at least be fixed by Great Floors before they get paid!
Jay Dennison has been super helpful with an issue that we had with some flooring (purely clerical). He went above and beyond to help us with something that was not their fault and it really made a difference for us. Amazing staff here. Always friendly and helpful.
Had our log home with 20 year old white carpeting redone by Great Floors and we couldn't be happier. We had the good fortune of meeting Janie on our first visit and were thoroughly impressed with her knowledge. She guided us in a most excellent manner, came out immediately to have a look at our home, take measurements, make suggestions, and set us on a path for success. She provided us with samples to keep at the house of both vinyl flooring and carpeting. We decided on a combination of both for the home and the install was right on schedule. From old floor removal to new floor install we had a wonderful experience. She hooked us up with a mover named Brian who handled our furniture throughout the project and he was excellent. The floor installer, Don, was beyond professional and skilled. The final project is an absolute work of art.Thank you Janie and Great Floors !
A huge selection and great customer service!My wife and I stopped by to look at some floor choices for our new house. We're from out of state, and we told the sales staff that we were just there to look around, and weren't serious customers.Despite of this, we were welcomed in and shown around. They gave us a lot of information that we did not already know, and we now feel much more confident in making a flooring choice. 10/10 experience!
