I debated on leaving this review but I’m really disappointed. The rep that was on the floor was really struggling to provide prices on different flooring options. She was scrambling around trying to understand what different types of wood flooring costs and ultimately I left without feeling like I got any true Quote. She also made comments about us not being able to afford hardwood and not to go into Madison Creek as if we could not afford to be in there. Loren’s needs to make sure their reps are able to give quotes and if prices aren’t transparently available to customers, they have to have an easy way to get prices. This was a frustrating experience for me.
We owe a HUGE thank you to Brandy for going above and beyond in helping us get our wood floor repaired after it was damaged when new appliances were installed by another vendor. If Brandy had not been so persistent and willing to work on our behalf with Fred's, our floors never would have gotten repaired. Numerous issues arose throughout the process and Brandy continued to find solutions that would solve the problems.THANKS!!!

We worked with Roger to carpet our downstairs after flooding. We wanted a little nice carpet and Roger took the time to explain the differences in carpet and provide us with some great options. Once we selected a carpet, he booked us with the best installer in the state. After installation we were even happier than we anticipated with the look and feel of the new carpet. Overall, an amazing experience with Roger and Loren’s carpet. Ask for Kelly to do the install!
