We had the floors in our whole house replaced by Brosious Floors. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process. John Botti was so knowledgeable in helping us find the right product and the perfect coloring of LVP. When it came time for installation, it couldn’t have been easier. Adam and Jonathan were highly professional. The installation looks great and every night when they left, the house was left spotless and easy to get around. They were kind and considerate of our particular needs. All in all it was a seamless, easy experience. I would highly recommend the folks at Brosious Carpet and Floors.
When it was time to replace my floors John came out to look at my existing floor, listen to why I wanted to replace it and took all the measurements. At the store he walked me through all the choices and made recommendations based on my very specific needs. The install went great. Adam and the crew arrived on time, finished on time and left the site spotless. After I installed new kitchen cabinets I noticed a squeak in the floor. Adam came out and pulled up the section of (vinyl) flooring and replaced the subfloor nails with screws. It turns out the squeaking was from a structural issue not related to the flooring so they couldn’t fix it. Even though they spent an hour at the house trying to fix the issue, they didn’t charge me anything. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Brosious for all your flooring needs.
I bought an old house that needed new flooring so I asked a friend who is a general contractor who he would recommend. He said if you want it done right, go to Brosious. So I did. John was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me narrow down what type of flooring would be best and what prep work would be needed for my house/existing subfloor. Once I decided on the flooring he promptly gave me an estimate for material and labor. I shopped around to compare, including some of the discount places. John’s price was competitive but no one came close to his knowledge and responsiveness to all my questions. Adam and the install team kept the same high standard and exceeded all my expectations. LOVE my floors and the customer service/professionalism is truly unbeatable. 100% recommend them start to finish
