I always try to support the local guy, never know when you need something quick and having them there, in business, helps you out. However doing business here is horrible. I needed Bona floor sealer, they charge 95.00 bucks per gallon. If you go online to Baily Flooring supply or Panel Town and Floor or City Floor Supply the same product is 65.00. You have to way 4-5 days for shipping but even the shipping is free. Superior Hardwoods charged me 95 a gallon plus a 3% fee for using a credit card. I love local but if you have time order elsewhere.

after the initial order b y phone and it was paid formost all communication was through email I got emailed on a Friday that my wood be delivered on Monday but I had to call first thing Monday to pay for the shipping when I had already made arrangements with the bookkeeper to call me when it was going to be shipped. I had absolutely no time to set up help to unload a large amount of flooring because they weren't sure what time it was going to be here. thank God for the truck driver who helped me unload it. a lot disappointed in the communication
