A step Above was friendly and knowledgeable about their products, they have a beautiful wearhouse to shop in with many options. Their flooring team was friendly and did a great job installing my floors. They even got my installation done earlier than scheduled. I purchased wood floors from them years ago and that was also a great experience.
Absolutely awesome company. I was refinishing my hardwood floors and only needed about 8 linear feet of red oak hardwood. I called everyone and all they could do was sell me a bundle of would which would be 18 square feet. Way more than I needed. Finally. I called step above flooring. Not only were they able to help me but within a day they had the wood I needed. The wood was from a previous job that they had done that they had scrap wood for. Not only did they provide it for me but they even gave it to me free of charge. The gentleman simply said that it was going to go to waste anyway and that I could just have it. Excellent company will be going to them for future projects and honestly had I known about them I would have bought my vinyl flooring from them rather than home Depot. Highly recommend

I’ve worked with Alex at A step above flooring in the past and have gotten excellent service. Im now working with Fred and again the worked performed is beautiful. I’ve had other people work on my house but by far the men that have put in our floors and painted the baseboards did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs flooring. The work is exceptional! The men were timely, professional, did the job with no issues. I can only say thank you for the excellent job. Now I’m hoping to put granite in the kitchen. I will not have anyone else do the job but them. They are worth every penny! I’m completed satisfied and happy!
