You never know what kind of service you'll receive when you try a new company. I don't really do many reviews but in this case when the carpet service was so excellent in all areas that I had to do a review. This was an outdoor installation not an indoor installation, two completely different tasks. Outdoor has a lot more detail especially when it comes to trim. Let's start with Sonia the carpet specialist and sales rep. She came to my home with a great display of several different carpets to choose from and details of all carpets. She had an excellent jovial attitude, very pleasant and she'll work with you on any issues you have. The workers Raul and Antonio were above and beyond experience levels of a couple of decades of experience that really showed in the detail of the tedious trim on the stairs, impeccable work. It was an awesome experience for me! I had my whole house done in laminate flooring and with Sonia’s kindness and focus on color, choose the perfect flooring for me! I’am now living my dream and admiring my new flooring 24/7! My contractor “SAM” was very caring and excellent at his flooring installation. It was a wonderful experience start to finish. I highly recommend his talents in his profession and assure you, you too will be impressed!

Tonya, one of the owners, is very helpful and knowledgeable about flooring options. We purchased carpet for the master bedroom and had it installed when it was convenient for us. Juan, the carpet installer, knew job and got it done quickly. We are very pleased with Ray's Carpet One and would highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about our experience. Sonia was a joy to work with. She coordinated everything for our carpet purchase and install beautifully. The day of the install Tony and Jay were an amazing team. They fully installed a whole house of carpeting in one day and to perfection. So much professionalism and attention to detail, it was a pleasure to see their work.

Rob and Efrain did a phenomenal job. Rob did repair work on our hardwood floor in the office and it looks brand new. Efrain installed a new hardwood floor in one of our rooms and also did a phenomenal job. They were courteous, respected the property, and cleaned up after the job so you couldn’t even tell they did any work. I also want to point out that both Dave and Tonya from Rays were terrific to work with. I also have to mention the pricing was very reasonable, and actually less they we were anticipating. Definitely using Rays Carpet in the future.

I have used this company to install tile floors and new carpet. Sonia in sales is a delight, and provides honest feedback. Raul who installed my carpet worked extremely hard and the quality of installation is excellent. You will get top notch quality in terms of materials and workmanship.

This place has a wonderful selection of flooring both tile and carpet. A few years ago we went through them to get flooring for one of our bathrooms. Sonia helped us. We picked out the flooring and had them install it. We have been etremely happy with our choice and we get many compliments on it. Recently we went back to them and Sonia again was extremely helpful. We picked out beautiful carpet for our home. We chose one style to replace the carpet for the main part of our home and a separate one for our game room. I've never been so exxcited to have new carpet. We just had it installed a few weeks ago and it is the most beautiful carpet we've ever had. It's so luxurious and we couldn't be happier. Everyone that sees it comments on how much they love the change and wants to know where we got it. We have ordered tile for our other bathroom and can't wait to see how beautiful it is going to look. We are so happy with our experience with Rays Carpet 1 and the quality of carpet and flooring that they offer. Sonias expertise and professionalism both times has made it a wonderful experience we have received choosing flooring for our home. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a positive experience when choosing to upgrade your flooring for your home.

Sonia was amazing from the moment I walked into the store. She helped me pick out the perfect engineered hardwood flooring for my home. She came out to my house and measured perfectly. I had a specific directional layout in mind, she drew it all up as I requested. The installer, Jose of JE Quality Floors, took the drawing and made it happen. I love my floors, working with Sonia and Jose was effortless and professional. Thank you, I can’t recommend you both more highly.
