Worked with the Moreno Valley location for a large project, flooring an entire house. They have a nice assortment of flooring, bathroom shower tiles and materials to choose from. Every staff member we interacted with, there were several, were knowledgeable with the products sold. We gave them the measurements and they kindly translated that into linear and square footage for us. We had an idea on mind of what we wanted, unfortunately being novices to flooring and what that actually entails the staff stepped up and filed in the blanks. Types of grout, to use adhesiv or not, corner peices you'd never consider, down to what type of room, as yes bathrooms and other rooms need different types of products. The pricing depending on what you are looking for can vary from reasonable to expensive. Whether you are new to floors or a seasoned pro I would highly recommend floor and decor for your next project, if not soley for the product than the knowledge in those walls.

All of the associates were top notch in providing great customer service, answering ALL of our questions on production selections.We very much appreciated the great service Holly provided with our purchases, as well as Emeralda in answerimg our plumbing fixture questions.There was also another associate, Jailissa (sic) in giving us recommendation on vynil flooring. The location here in Moreno Valley is pretty large…I fact one of the largest I’ve been in here in CA so far. Lots of options at fair pricing to meet everyone’s budget. Staff friendly but do watch out for overselling…like buying flooring with padding yet they want to sell you more of the underlining padding :) sales will be sales so don’t fall for it
