I've lived in Oak Harbor for almost 40 years and Wendy at Floors Plus is the first person, at any business in town, that took the time to listen to my project needs and initiative to request my name and phone number so she could follow up on my progress as she promised to do. I give her and Floors Plus 5-stars!!!!!

A lot of inventory and the people who work on the sales floor were helpful, but there is no care once you’ve ordered your carpet. We didn’t receive any sort of confirmation that install was happening on the date we had set, and the install went poorly. A moderate sized hole was placed in our wall and we were assured that it would be fixed properly. The drywall was repaired with promises to return the next day to repaint but that never happened, which was frustrating. Mistakes happen - but when you pay thousands of dollars you have expectations that they will be fixed. I wouldn’t recommend using this company based on our experience

Had both tile and carpet installed. One day of tile installation for laundry room was a no show, no call. Then it was going to take weeks before an installer could return. That obviously was not going to work so they did find someone to complete the job.
For the price of a 25 year carpet, I wish I had just purchased from a big box store. My fault...thought I would rather pay a bit more for better customer service. I was wrong.
