* Edit due to owners response - The pictures prove I am telling the truth. My printed text messages prove the owner would not talk to my husband nor I to resolve. I was legitimately concerned about the owner and more so now based on his response.

We had flooring installed in September of 2023. In December, boards started lifting. It has been a nightmare over the last two years to get in touch with Will and then to get him to follow through with what it says. Many appointments scheduled and canceled. Will came and replaced the main loose board first with a damaged board. Then sent a young man back to replace both lifting boards with boards that don’t match and lift worse. His response through text was that he was “emotionally depleted”. No one answers the business line, and no one has been in the store during business hours when we have stopped by. We are hiring a different floor company for repairs and seeking legal action.

Never in during operating hours - never returns calls. Good luck getting him to fix mistakes. Here are some pics of his “handywork” - no warranty has been honored. So many better options out there - choose anyone else. You have been warned.

Edit: thanks Will that would be great if you could come fix these problems - been texting and calling and talking about it for about a year now - I am still here ready and waiting for floors that will work - lets turn this into a success story please! Ball is in your court still.
