Since we selected Save On based on reviews we wanted to let others know they deserve their high rating and we will go back and do more business with them. We wanted a new bedroom carpet that always looked good and high end but for a great price. For under $6.00 a Sq ft. Installed we got just what we wanted. They were quick to schedule our installation. Rudy was our installer and he was so great and wanted it to be installed perfectly. His helper canceled on him with no notice but instead of changing the date on us he still came and worked so hard until 7:30pm to finish. Great company and installer. Highly recommend!!
Initially, we had a fine experience and they installed our down stairs flooring. After 4 years, the LVP started breaking and coming up in our kitchen and main hallway. We were still within the warranty period, and after a lot of back and forth,they came out and had to take the flooring out of our office to use in the kitchen because they no longer carried ours. The unfortunate part is it came across like they were doing us a favor and in the process destroyed our baseboards and put them back that way with several cracks, chips and overall breaks. Now less than a year later, the LVP is breaking again and has several chips. If you’re looking for cheap price, go with them. If you want LVP that lasts with nice craftsmanship, I would choose a different company.
