From start to finish everything went smooth without any delays. They even finished earlier than anticipated. The crew was on time every day, very courteous and respectful to my family. They cleaned every day upon completion and ensured we were as comfortable as possible during the whole process. The installation was a masterpiece with all details worked out perfectly. From our first contact with Nick--who was unfailingly courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and kind, to John--who provided gracious and consistently excellent customer service (and all the samples we needed), to the flooring crews (special thanks to Gerardo and Mendoza)--who brought a level of workmanship that was a cut above--we were beyond satisfied.
