Ive shopped at Buy Floors Direct For several years now. It’s always a professional and engaging experience. All the guys are helpful and at your service. They are knowledgeable and offer their muscles loading blocks after box of tile. They are experts and calculating square footage to make sure you get the right amount. Nice job Billy. I must also mention James because he was here helping on my last trip in

Daryl is five stars all around! Always helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and greets everyone with a smile. The best in the tile and flooring business! BFD is fortunate to have him representing this store!

I returned this to the Nashville store instead of the Madison by mistake. Mike was very patient with me, as I had only my credit card statement instead of a regular receipt. He stuck with it and determined I had bought this flooring from the Madison store. ?? Brant to thank Mike for his diligence in helping me! Daryl and one other, younger man were also helpful. Thank you, Buy Floors Direct, for giving me a great experience from beginning to end. I will recommend you to my friend and fellow church members.
