I ordered 1400 sf of oak flooring on thursday afternoon and it was delivered friday by 8:30 am. Sales people were polite and very helpful. Price was surprisingly low. Delivery guy was incredibly friendly and had the wood to the second floor in no time. Can't recommend this company enough.

Floors done by Jeffco and within 5 year warranty are absolute garbage. Popping up all over, product is splitting, and Jeffco refuses to honor the warranty. An inspector came out to look at the floors and weeks later after calling into check on results they didn’t even know said inspector came out. This is unbelievable. I will preach far and wide against this company. We began this charade 4 months ago with Jeffco and multiple employees have left and dropped the ball on this and here we are in December with them telling us they cannot honor THEIR warranty. I have no more words. I will never use this company and I will always steer others away from them.

Great service with lots of nice flooring. AND has very cloaer to what we needed to match, in some unfinished hickory. Very nice! Would've give 5 stars but the prices were a smidge higher than what we found and there is no discount for bulk sizes like we need.

Frequently Asked Questions

What flooring does Jeffco recommend for basements?

It recommends engineered flooring because it is less susceptible to movement caused by moisture variation. It also recommends a Bona R540 subfloor sealer to help guard against moisture issues.

When should prefinished flooring be installed in a new build?

Jeffco advises installing it as late as possible and covering it with a floor protectant. It also says heating or air conditioning should be operational for at least two weeks before installation.

Does Jeffco sell low-VOC finishes?

It sells two-component hardwax oils such as Bona Craft Oil and Rubio Monocoat, which stain and finish floors in one step and are 0% VOC. Bona Craft Oil can be top-coated with low-VOC Bona Traffic HD.

How often do Jeffco's trucks deliver in metro Nashville?

They serve metro Nashville multiple times a day and also reach outlying areas.
