Great work was done at my home. Customer service and attention to my needs was also great. However when I show my friends how nice my floor came out, I'm unfortunately reminded of a few uncomfortable comments made by a very talkative installer. Having an installer come into my home and be dismissive of the sales people's efforts and knowledge particularly the young lady who went beyond to help me I find very disturbing and quite frankly unprofessional . It's unfortunate but my friend who recommended me to Sullivans stated she also felt forced to conversate after we talked about my experience. I will recommend Sullivans for future projects but ,not that installer. He's been there half his life , I feel he should know better.

We were having our kitchen remodeled, and came here looking at flooring. Great customer service! Never pushy, gave great suggestions, and totally supported out final decisions with no pressure. We had several samples checked out, never once did they call pressuring us for a decision, or the quick return of the samples.Install went without a hitch. Installers were amazing! Very neat. Cleaned everything behind them. One day, and done. We can not say enough positive things about this company!Thank you Sullivan and Sons! We will use you again, and recommend you to anyone!
Rafael and crew rock. Our great room carpet had major sags, to many to show in pictures. I had no clue that Sullivans could make it look new. I talked to Brad and he set me up. Making the house look great. Highly recommend Sullivan and Sons. Happy Summer.
Sullivan & Son really hit the mark on my quest to find the ultimate carpet for my new drum/music studio. Brad and Kristen were awesome to deal with and their customer service was simply stellar. I would give them 10 stars but the option is limited to 5
