My experienced with PID was exceptional. We were operating within a tight time frame with our contractor and Jennifer Drolet and the PID Service team completely answered the bell. I renovate high-end New York co-ops and condos professionally and have found PID to be among the most welcoming and helpful showrooms in town. They are a family-owned business and still offer the personal care and attention that is being lost in this day and age of consolidation and corporate conglomerations. Anytime you visit the showroom, most likely one of the owners will be there to help. PID has an excellent selection of stylish, high-quality flooring, and they provide samples within a day, which is a blessing for designers working on a tight schedule. Definitely one of the best suppliers to work with. Highly recommended!

I had an outstanding experience with PID Floors. From the moment I walked into their showroom, I was impressed by the wide selection of beautiful, high-quality flooring options. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive to my needs, guiding me through every step of the process without any pressure. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in their products are unmatched, and the final result completely transformed my space. Their professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to excellence make them stand out in the industry. I highly recommend PID Floors to anyone looking for elegance, durability, and exceptional service.
