Unfortunate circumstances resulted me having to do some flooring renovations in my condo.
I was referred this company Floors Direct North for contract work .

We had a consultation which 2 people were present in picking out the colour of the flooring to somewhat match the damaged floors. We picked a dark charcoal colour as seen in the picture to have some contrast with the brown cabinets. We had mentioned multiple times that we wanted dark floors.

We trusted this individual Ben which was the owner of the company.

We were presented a contract agreement which we signed IN TRUST they wrote down all the information which was VERBALLY discussed and samples were picked visually.

Ben wrote down the wrong colour and shade . We did not find out until the job was completed . Due to the fact we put our trust in someone knowing how to write down the proper colour and code ( which obviously did not happen ) now has resulted in a very dissatisfied and upset customer .

In the pictures, we chose the 4th plank which is the dark one. And the other picture is what they installed.

The team at Floors Direct North made our flooring choice a breeze. From the moment we had the owner, Ben, in to our home to discuss how best to re-do our floors after a flood, we knew we were in good hands. It only took a couple of visits to the friendly, knowledgeable and patient team of Jeanie and Elena to decide on our choice of premium vinyl flooring. The flooring was delivered on time and the installation occurred at the appropriate point in the overall project plan. I was shovelling snow from the driveway when the installers arrived and they even offered to take over the snow removal. The installation was completed very professionally, in two days, over our entire ground floor. We are very satisfied with the look, feel and colour of our new flooring. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Floors Direct North.

I've had the pleasure of working with Ben in a professional capacity for the better part of a year.

Our working relationship has always been fantastic as him and his team always do their best to meet our requests.

Recently, Ben and his team have installed new stair finishes and new hardwood flooring throughout my home and have done an absolutely amazing job.

Throughout the process, Ben always made himself available for site visits and was flexible with our schedule.

Installers were quick to install and their work was beautifully done. They even offered to make custom floor vents from the hardwood for a flush floor finish.

Stair were also beautifully done to our liking.

Ben and John were instrumental in guiding me through the selection process, leveraging their expertise to explain the benefits of each product and design in detail. I ended up selecting, Plato Oak vinyl plank. Their knowledge and professionalism made it easy to choose the perfect flooring for my needs.
The installation process was equally impressive. The installation team, Ivan, Tyrone, and Troy, demonstrated exceptional respect and kindness while working in my home. They efficiently removed the old flooring, prepared the space, and installed the new floors with remarkable precision. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the cleanup was thorough and impeccable.
