Every part of the experience was awesome! Staff were helpful without being stressful and overbearing trying to make a sale. We were sold what we wanted and liked. The installers were courteous, hard workers and very professional.
Great customer service and pricing! The team worked with us on scheduling the install in two phases so we had time to shuffle everything around between the spaces. The crews handled all the large furniture pieces, including disassembling/reassembling beds. They did a great job with everything and we absolutely love the new carpet!
Eastern floor covering has taken great care of my home for many years. From the moment you walk in the door it's like visiting with family. Communication is excellent throughout the process from selection to install and everyone involved is very professional. My most recent project was a two story fireplace wall and we are so pleased with how it turned out! I will be doing new flooring for the whole house soon and I will definitely be going back to Eastern to manage the project.
