Jacks made our recent kitchen remodel a breeze. They came in, took measurements, gave us samples, ordered all the material and installed. His crew was friendly and kept us informed of everything.
Had Coretec LVP flooring installed in my living/dining areas. Catherine came out to give an estimate. She was professional, personable and answered all of our questions. The price for moving furniture and the install was better than the quotes we got from other vendors. Eric and Todd came out to do the actual install. They obviously knew exactly what they were doing and answered all of my questions. They did the work in record time and each day cleaned up before they left. I would use Jack’s tile again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their flooring needs. They were GREAT!
The first reason I’m giving a one star review is that as a Costco customer I was getting three separate rebates. But two of the rebates were explained as money off the carpet purchase. But ended up being actually cash cards to Costco. That in itself felt deceiving.The second reason for the one star review is that the salesman told me that I was scheduled for particular date. But when I called in to make sure that they were coming, I was told that I was given wrong information. And that it was going to be another week. It wouldn’t have been so bad except that of course I had to move all the furniture out of the room, and it was a mess for an additional week.The third reason for a one star review is that the installers were completely careless with the mess that they We’re making. They were tracking debris throughout the living room and the stairs and almost ruined the hardwood floors in the foyer And stained the living room carpet so badly that I cannot get one area of it clean.The fourth reason for this one star review is that when they laid the padding, they doubled up in an area. Maybe they thought that it wouldn’t be so bad since it’s the room over the garage and nobody would notice. And I didn’t when they first showed it to me. But it’s my workout room and every day I do aerobics over uneven surfaces. Because the padding really is a hump in a good portion of the room.Yes, I could’ve called them to have them make amends. But I did not want those installers back in my house. And I really didn’t wanna have anything to do with the company. It left a bad impression of Costco services as well as Jack’s flooring. I cannot recommend based on my own experience.
Jack's sales staff and installation crew did a great job. Kevin was available to answer all our questions about the product and the sale. The installers were professional and efficient. The hardwood looks beautiful. The transition from the living room to the bedroom is perfect. We love it and would use Jacks people again.
This is the third time I have used Jack's (twice for carpet and once for hardwoods), and every time I have had an amazing experience. Their installers have always been professional. They are polite and clean up after themselves. Pricing is competitive.
