What customers say
Customers praise the staff’s flooring knowledge and helpful guidance with materials and design. One household says Stradwicks installed flooring and tile in its new home, with Carmen helping choose options suited to the decor. Another customer reports that a hardwood riser did not match the flooring provided, the supplied hardwood pieces were lost, and the company declined to restain the riser if given a new piece of flooring.

Worked with stradwicks for personal renovations, and as a contractor myself. Knowledgeable staff, very accommodating. My go to Spot for anything flooring/Tile related!

Really disappointed with the service we received from Stradwicks. We brought in a piece of our hardwood flooring and paid extra to get the hardwood riser between rooms colour matched to the flooring. Upon pickup, it was evident that the riser did not match the flooring provided. What’s worse is that they lost the hardwood pieces we provided and refused to acknowledge that the colour did not match since they couldn’t find the piece to compare. They also refused to re-stain it to the correct colour if we brought in a new piece of flooring. Would not recommend this company, very frustrating!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Carmen at Stradwicks, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! She really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and provided such helpful insights. It's clear she knows exactly what materials work well together and can match your design needs perfectly. If you're in need of flooring, I highly recommend Stradwicks. You'll be in great hands!

We just had Stradwicks install the flooring and the tiling in our new house. We worked with Carmen who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us make decisions that suited our decor and we couldn’t be more pleased with the finished results. Highly recommended!

This was our first time dealing with Stradwick, and we were very impressed with the level of service we received. Carmen was always available to help with all our flooring questions and design ideas. She goes out of her way for her customers, takes the time to listen to your concerns and offers solutions based on her vast experience. We also purchased a Vanity and Bathroom cabinet that we could customize. It was affordable and only took ten business days, and the quality and look of the vanity is stunning. The Friendly and competent staff will be my go-to place for my next flooring project.
