We had an excellent experience working with Carpet Wholesalers in North Charleston. Davina showed me around the store and explained the different options as well as providing samples to take home so we could make the best decision. Amy came to our home after business hours to do all the measurements and get us a complete quote before we left town due to our short availability. We very much appreciated her doing this. Thanks again, Amy. On installation day, Thomas Brown and his team showed up early and worked continuously. Thomas, Ernest, and Steve were very professional and answered any and all questions that we had during the process. Wow !!!!!! 5 star for sure! I had a broken foot from my stairs and wanted to put carpet on them. I could not come there and Amy went above and beyond to help me get it done!! What a great customer service she sent me pictures samples everything was done from my house and she sent over the Best install person to install it!!! I paid $7,000 for carpet and vinyl installation in my home, but the result was subpar. I had to request another team to redo the job correctly. The first crew half assed the job Recently, I discovered a spot in my home that sounds like a large sheet of plastic under the carpet, likely due to not removing the plastic from the carpet padding. Furthermore, the installation process damaged my walls, and had sticky stuff on the walls which had been freshly painted prior to the installation. The carpet is excessively loose, to the point where it can be pinched and lifted. In my opinion, this is unacceptable business practice, and I believe I should have received reimbursement for the hassle and inconvenience caused. Never was able to speak to anyone truly in charge other than the sales person that informed me when I asked to speak to a manager that she was the just promoted to manager.Save the time and hassle go elsewhere. where.
