Wonderful experience…here!!From the moment I stepped inside looking for new carpet to blend into a dated home (think ‘Vancouver Special’ in North Van??), I was listened to & given excellent advice. “Amber” led the way, giving me several samples to choose from. She followed up with a complimentary in-person consult, and we settled upon what would work best. She also paid attention to our particulars—seniors on different schedules, a cat & two caregivers—& chose just the ‘right person’ to do the installation. We are enjoying our new floors VERY much…thank you????????

I bought 650 square foot of carpet here, to be installed on the 20th floor of my apartment.I just want to say how say I am very satisfied with Maureen and the team there.I would definitely recommend them.And as a bonus if it’s close to Halloween, Maureen keeps the candy on the counter well stocked, I literally could not get any more in my mouth.Thanks to all the guys there, much appreciated Roy the boy.My daughter took a video after she moved in, but all the carpet you see was bought and installed by Maureen’s team .
There were not a lot of the options I saw online to see in person at the store in North Vancouver so I ended up having to specialorder a carpet sight unseen. The carpet ended up being good quality and I am very happy with the colour and pile I chose. I’m glad I purchased the thicker pad as the carpet feels very soft and plush. The interaction in store was great with good communication and price breakdown. The installation was okay, the carpet looks great but there was not a lot of communication from the installers and they left a bit of a mess all around my apartment and a trail of carpet fibers from my unit out to the parking area which I had to clean up.
