We have worked with Kamy and his team on almost every room in our house. They are truly the best. We have gone back time after time. We were treated like family and the work product is so well done and well priced! I’d recommend them to anyone.
I received shockingly bad service from this company in May 2022, specifically from Kamy, who made a mistake on my order and then blamed me for not catching the mistake on the quote. After I left an honest review on this site, the owners wiped out their Google site, and all their reviews including mine, rather than try to work it out with me directly. That’s why there are no other reviews as of August 4. I would never again do business with this company and warn others to be very careful when dealing with them. They do not have any quality assurance or promise of customer satisfaction.Edited April 2023: the photo shows my newly laid carpet with an obvious seam due to the mistake Kamy made.The business finally responded to my review. The information in their response is filled with half-truths and untruths. While it’s nice that they eventually responded, it’s almost 1 year after the incident.Dear owner: if you had just picked up the phone and called me for a civil conversation when this first happened, my review would look a lot different.
