I had a great experience at JKN flooring. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and guided me in choosing the right materials for my project. The prices are reasonable compared to other stores, and the quality of the products is excellent. They have a wide range of construction materials and hardwood items all in one place, which makes it very convenient. The service was quick, and everything was well organized.

I was looking for a custom pre hung door and came across JKN flooring. Went to the store told a person that was working what I was after and he gave me a price of 230$ I said ok great I will be back in a couple weeks to order. When I went back a different person was working and they said the door is 250$ not 230$, whatever no big deal I said order the door which was on a Wednesday, the person said the door will be here ( oakville location) on Monday after 10am. I couldn't make it on Monday so I went in on the Tuesday and the door wasn't there can I leave my number. No one called me back that day. I call them on Wednesday and the guy said door should be in by 4 but he will call me. At 445 no one called so I called them and guy said can I go pick up the door on Thursday at the Brampton location, I need the door so I agreed since I have no other option. On Thursday I drove to Brampton give the guy my receipt and he says it will be 5-15min. I'm standing there and I can hear them machining the door as I'm waiting, so the door wasn't even ready. 30 min later they bring the door out. Now for the bad, the jam wasn't routered on one edge and the jam itself was in really rough shape. None of the hinges lined up properly and the machining was just not done well, you can tell it was all rushed. Also the door itself is bent. I had to spend a couple hours just fine tuning everything just to make it work. I'm extremely dissapoonted with the service and the quality and will not be purchasing anything from JKN flooring again.

Great experience with JKN Flooring! They installed hardwood and tile flooring in my home and did an amazing job. I am very impressed with their tile installation team — they really know their work. I requested that they start a week earlier than scheduled, and they accommodated my request while still finishing on time. Jaspreet and her entire team were always available to take our feedback and make adjustments. Their pricing is very competitive. Highly recommend!
