I've dealt with many contractors and companies in the last 10 years for renovations on multiple properties. Speers if by far the most professional and does impeccable work. Mark is great to deal with and honest with giving quotes. Bronte is a manager who handled any problems quickly and to our satisfaction. Their team does the flooring better than any other contractor. They take their time to do quality work. Worth every penny for the flooring they did in my whole house. Highly recommend! They habe a partnership with Costco who does a thorough job of vetting any companies they work with.

Our family has been dealing with Speers Road Broadloom for decades. Mike Toscano, Carl, Dale, and other great people. They are the one and only stop for our flooring needs. Yesterday, Jerry and Dave installed new runners in my town home - five levels, 53 sets of stairs/risers. These two gentlemen did an amazing job! They were respectful, professional and vacuumed up all of the bits and pieces left behind. The best!

Have you ever had a teething puppy ?? with shark teeth decide to chew your carpet?? Well, this happened. Said puppy decided to snack on a 3 X 21 foot hallway runner and pulled the edging away from one side of the runner. The solution: 1) Wait a few months until said pup has outgrown the teething & teenage months 2) Call the team at Speers Road Broadloom for help in repairing your carpet; Mark says 'yes' they can fix it! 3) Bring carpet in and have Dale do his magic and re-serge the carpet 4) Pick up carpet only to find out Speers Road Broadloom has gone over and above and decided to re-serge the WHOLE carpet, not just the 2 sides that needed fixing 5) Bring carpet home and do happy dance 6) Have a stern talk with pup ?? that carpet is off limits Many Thanks to Mark, Dale and the Speers Road Broadloom Team!!! 10/10 Service and highly recommend. PS ~ You don't need to wait for a pup to chew and destroy your carpets for a refresh. Re-banding or serging the edges of a beloved carpet will make those edges and the carpet look brand new!! I want to thank Speers Road Broadloom Flooring for sending Scott and his son Nick to redo my kitchen floor installation - they did an amazing job! They fixed all the problems the previous installers made, and gave me more than I envisioned. They were very knowledgeable, and suggested options I didn’t think I had (like no transition piece necessary), which can only come from years of experience. And they cleaned up when done! If ever I need to get any flooring in the future I will certainly ask for them! -Mariann G

I had the pleasure of working with Mark and the installation team to put engineered hardwood floor for the whole house. They are super friendly to do business with. Mark made a few trips to my place with different samples and really went the extra mile to make sure I am happy with my selection. You won’t find a better installation team anywhere else. Nick and his partner treated the job as their own and thought of the best ways to level the hardwood and the tile surfaces. They are very accommodating on the schedule as well. Hands down the best experience during my reno journey. Highly recommend them to everyone!
