Carr's Flooring America - Orlando

Gabe was excellent to work with. He helped me find the exact hardwood floors I was looking for for my office and made the entire process smooth and straightforward. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in narrowing down the right option. What I appreciated most was his honesty about pricing and realistic delivery timelines no surprises, just clear communication from start to finish. Highly recommend working with Gabe if you’re looking for quality flooring and great service.

Worked with the sales manager Gabriel, at first we were extremely new to flooring and he was the most knowledgeable person we spoke to while shopping for floors around Orlando. The prices were amazing and almost as good as the customer service. Definitely would recommend this fine young man to anyone looking for flooring and will 100% be back in the future!

We had an amazing experience shopping for tile for our home project. We worked directly with Gabe and he was fantastic to work with, he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful recommending products, colors etc plus delivering samples to our home — totally going above and beyond. Highly recommend and we will be back in the future. Thank you!!

Brandon was on point with all the right answers. Straight to the point no BS. I will recommend him their company to all my painting customers. Here at JMM painting LLC . Even had the color in my girl was looking for that no one else had. Beat every price around with insulation.

We have been so pleased with the service and workmanship of our flooring project completed by Carr's Flooring America. From the time we entered the shop Ryan and Brandon proved their knowledge and professionalism by sharing install suggests and recommending a variety of tile distributors for us to consider other than what they offered in the store. Our project included demoing 1800 sq ft of rotted wooden floor and installing large tile. Kevin's demo team was efficient and tidy. He was also a great communicator texting me with updates throughout the process. Chris and the install team continued the superior service and even completed the install in half as many days as we had planned. He and his team were also thoughtful, kind and considerate of our home and time. I would highly suggest stopping by Carr's Flooring America to any flooring project. Knowing the quality of sales/support and demo/install teams, you can't go wrong. THANKS GUYS!
