I would like to express my outrage with the company Luxury Floor Depot, which sold us flooring material for our home.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.We purchased 1,200 sq ft of flooring. Initially, we were looking for something more basic, but when we arrived at the store, we were convinced to buy a supposedly higher-quality product that was slightly more expensive. It was advertised as 100% waterproof, with a 5-year warranty, better thickness, and superior durability. That’s when our problems began.The flooring was installed by a professional who recommended Luxury Floor Depot as their main supplier for purchasing the material to be installed in our home.The company that performed the installation has extensive experience with this type of flooring—especially products from this store—and confirmed that the installation was carried out in compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications.They also informed us that other clients have filed complaints about this same flooring and are facing similar issues, even though it was marketed as a high-end product.Exactly one year later, the floor began to warp throughout the house, to the point that it was almost coming loose.We immediately contacted the company to report the issue. We spoke to Sara and from the very beginning, she showed no willingness to take responsibility, offer a replacement, or provide a refund.After a long wait and multiple follow-ups, trying to basically get rid of us, they finally sent an inspector that was hired to perform a report that when we questioned about his report she said to hire another inspector. This became a nightmare as we do not have any funds to invest in changing the flooring and at this point this would not cost them much if they were willing to help us with the material.To our surprise, the inspector blamed the installer—despite the fact that this professional is highly qualified and has over 20 years of experience installing this exact type of flooring.Even worse, the inspector came to our home but didn’t perform the basic checks listed in his own report. He claimed that the floor hadn’t been given the necessary space for expansion, yet he didn’t even bother removing the baseboards to confirm whether that was true.We have videos from when the floor was being installed which shows the necessary spaces were left in order to let the floor expand.The product is terrible. Half of our home now has warped flooring, and our consumer rights have been completelyignored.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM LUXURY FLOOR DEPOT, based in Orlando, FL.

I'm so happy I found this place. We went to all the usual places and looked, but they just didn't have the quality products that we found here. Really impressed with the owner and how he runs things. Great communication, quick install and fair prices.
