The tiles I received were of poor quality, with uneven cuts and inaccurate colors. Clifton informed me that the company had received defective tiles from the manufacturer and was supposed to discard them. Somehow, I ended up with these tiles. I transported 13,000 pounds of tiles into my home only to have to return them. To add insult to injury, the company refused to refund me $600, demonstrating their unprofessional conduct.
