We had a very disappointing experience with this company.

We ordered a custom stair runner and entryway rug. From the start, pricing was unclear and not transparent. We received multiple different totals via email, text, and verbal conversations, and never received a clear, itemized invoice ahead of time. As first-time customers doing a custom rug installation, we didn’t know what questions to ask and relied on the professionals to guide us.

The stair runner itself looks nice and functions as intended. Unfortunately, the custom entryway rug was mishandled. It was initially cut to the wrong size. When it was corrected, a rug pad was added without explanation or approval, resulting in the rug being too thick for our space. Our coat closet door no longer opens with the rug in place.

When we called to ask why the pad was added and to understand our options, we were told it was “on the order form” and essentially that nothing could be done. After spending an additional $375 on a rug we now cannot even use, that response was incredibly frustrating and dismissive.

Measurements for a custom rug should take into account door swing and clearance—especially for an entryway. Instead, we are left using a sample rug and are reminded of this issue every time we walk into our home.

Overall, poor communication, lack of pricing transparency, and no accountability when issues arose. I would be very cautious using this company for custom work.

First time visiting the store. Not sure that I'll be back. It wasn't clear if they are trying to sell to retail customers or to contractors primarily. I went in shopping for a backsplash and side splash for a vanity that I purchased, it was really difficult to find what I was looking for and the single employee that I found on the floor didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I found a side splash that might work, but there was no backsplash to match. They have a great tile selection and I may return, but I will know in advance to expect exceptionally poor service.

Love the tile selection and pricing! I send a lot of my customers and clients because of the large selection amd designer tile! We have always had great customer service and someone is always there to help!

So many great tile options. I picked out my tile for the first bathroom remodel here and will probably utilize them for the 2nd and 3rd bathroom. Lots of LVP options as well. The vanity selection in store isn’t the best but for everything floor wise they have a ton of options. My only critique and it is a major one is they are always understaffed. There’s hardly anyone to help you on the floor when needed. Multiple times I’ve gone up to the front checkout clerk who seemed to be the only one in the entire store and asked if I could get help in a section and then waiting for 20 mins and no one ever came over. Yesterday there were a couple guys offloading tile I guess, I asked for help and they said sure we can help you in 20 mins. No radioing someone else over or even offering to quickly check the price for me which was all I wanted. Basically saying we’re busy good luck ha.
