Reviews
What customers say
One customer who purchased engineered wood flooring praised its quality and the team’s helpful, professional service; another praised the customer service. Other customers described separate problems: one reported getting no help from a representative, while another said there were no docks for pickup and product preparation began only when customers arrived. One customer reported that floors sold to their building began flaking and degrading within the first week; they also said the product manager was unresponsive during the warranty process and cited requests for inspection reports and additional photos.

Rep here is truly lazy, no help.

Do not come here for pickup. They don't have docks. And start preparing ptoduct only when you come
Ethan Arrow
Do not buy flooring from these guys. Sold the floors to my building and they started flaking and degrading within the first week. The wood was not properly coated, potentially harmful to pets and young children. We are trying to go through the warranty process and Richmond, the product manager, is unresponsive and keeps giving us ridiculous tasks (filling out inspection reports, sending additional photos, etc.) in order to delay. Clearly the worst of business practices and we'll be reporting these guys to the Better Business Bureau.
