Do not come here for pickup. They don't have docks. And start preparing ptoduct only when you come
Do not buy flooring from these guys. Sold the floors to my building and they started flaking and degrading within the first week. The wood was not properly coated, potentially harmful to pets and young children. We are trying to go through the warranty process and Richmond, the product manager, is unresponsive and keeps giving us ridiculous tasks (filling out inspection reports, sending additional photos, etc.) in order to delay. Clearly the worst of business practices and we'll be reporting these guys to the Better Business Bureau.
