Designer, Syeda, is a Bathroom Remodeling Expert at Pembroke Pines!?Five stars for Syeda at the Pembroke Pines Floor and Decor! I am currently in the middle of a bathroom remodeling project, which can be incredibly stressful, but Syeda stepped in and made the entire process seamless.?She has an incredible eye for design and came up with creative solutions for my layout that I never would have thought of on my own. Syeda is patient, professional, and genuinely cares about the outcome of the project. I hope Osito and the management team know what an asset they have in Syeda! If you are heading to this location, do yourself a favor and ask for her—she is a true expert and was so helpful!

Floor & Decor Google Review — 5??As someone who has now tiled three rooms using Floor & Decor products (and who will probably source as well for three full bathrooms upstairs that need remodels & a lg primary “on-suite,” too)… I can speak with confidence about both the quality and the experience. My kitchen features the Viviano marble with a brass inlay on the two, large “feature walls” — absolutely exceptional. It does require some dedication to maintain (I strip and reseal as part of my spring cleaning routine), but the result is stunning. Pro tip: having a trusted, skilled installer is essential with a product this special — and they did say it was one of the most difficult, not for a novice installer… but worth every minute of effort & effect.About five years ago I chose a dark marble for my family room and I remain genuinely impressed with how beautifully it has held up. The wear is remarkable and it’s as relevant a design choice now as then.Most recently I discovered the Maximo ceramic collection for my laundry room renovation and I am completely OBSESSED! The colorway is heavenly — a soft blue with a cirrus cloud effect and striating hues of golden brown that create an almost Botticelli “Birth of Venus” moment on the floor. I am so enamored with this collection I’m now considering reimagining my primary on-suite with the same tiles, and the octagon variation for the shower and tub areas with a solid, subway tile framed accent look (deep teal).I also installed the black geometric abstract tile in my cabana bath shower pan — the modern aesthetic is sharp and I love it. I now wish I would’ve done the entire shower in contrasting tile (not just pan) when I had the opportunity. (I left the white w the gold “diamonds” pattern in surround as it was “like-new” — a regrettable decision.) Cost-cutting here probably wasn’t effective as those walls now need an over due “refresh.” Sometimes, you do get to “go back, revisit & correct…” ??.Consistently prompt, friendly service every visit. I stopped in to Floor and Tile just to get some ideas for my bathroom renovation and I left knowing exactly what I wanted. I like that you're greeted as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone is very nice and ask if you need any help. It really shows that management cares about customer service. I was further impressed with the services of Mariela from the design office. I didn't have an appointment but she didn't hesitate to offer her assistance. She was so sweet and helpful in helping me choose everything I needed. I will definitely be returning here for any future renovation projects.
