Upon contact they were very professional and everything seemed good. Job was left incomplete, chipped flooring. They seemed very much into fixing their errors, came to the house, looked everything over, said they’d take care of it, admitting it was an installation problem but just never followed through and stopped answering us. I recommend you look for a more stable, professional company to work with.

I contracted this company in 2019 and my floors are still not completed. The installer left a panel lifted and since the end of 2020, both the installer and the manager, David have been to my home, both have taken, each two panels to shape into the stair edge and nothing. January 21st I received a response that due to Covid they were delayed on taking care of this issue in my home, sent me a picture that the panel had been completed and should be hearing from them in 1 to 2 weeks to have it installed. It's now the end of April, over three months later, I've written to them and they haven't even responded. I would recommend you look elsewhere for flooring. I am very disappointed and I still have my stair step lifted, hoping no one trips.

Love this company. Competitive prices, good customer service and high quality floors. I used them a few years ago for laminate work in my first home and now hired them not only for laminate but to install porcelain floors in my new home. They completed the whole house within a week. When i called to inquire about a quote for one of my bedrooms, and small piece on the second floor, Mr. Julio was very professional, gave me the soonest appt. He was very honest, gave ne his opinion and i saved money. I am very pleased with installation, i was told 2 to 3 days, it was completed in one, and the closet doors were installed, didnt expect that. I would highly recomed HD floors, to my family and friends.

Started out so good. They were recommended by a manufacturer”s rep... pricing was competitive but once money exchanged hands it went downhill. They offered financing and their financing company approved me but we had to wait on the payment to come in. Iww discussed that they will hold a check from me until the payment from their financing company came in. They processed the check . He said he had to order materials. He kept interrupting me and blatant hung up the phone in my face when I said this is now how a conversation works. I tried reminding him that he didn’t want me to use my credit card since his bank will charge a fee for processing as well as a fee to return once his financing company sends in the funding. The problem is his limited English and lack of knowing how to communicate to get things resolved. There are way too many flooring companies who carry the same products for me to be annoyed by them. Beware that if Spanish is not your strong point it will be very difficult to transact with this company
