I find this team very unprofessional, unorganized and poor at communication. They were recommended to me by my restoration company, as I am dealing with a flood claim through insurance. In store one worker would continuously interrupt me, and then proceed to show me products I clearly stated I wasn't looking for. The manager Josh was my main contact and he often "forgot" to get back to me. He verbally quoted me $1500 for a niche and $350 for a shelf including install for the shower, which a highly rated local competitor quoted me $400 for the niche and $150 for the shelf including install. He also built a quote for over 1000 square feet of materials for a 850 square foot surface. There are duplicate underlays and other materials that I'm not sure what they are. I know you need extra material for mistakes, but that seems like a big excess. The quote has quantities and prices that just do not make any sense, so I went in to discuss it and get clarity. Josh was not in for 5 more days, and the (3rd) worker refused to go over the quantities and prices with me because the quote was in the restoration companies name. Even though I had a printout with those details on it which I left at home, on purpose in case it was wrong or old. The issue of details was not about being priced for the restoration company, it was to clarify the products and quantities were correct, in turn making my personal additional upgrade prices appropriately reflected. But he refused to discuss it with me. I think this team price gauges and I do not like the way the operate. I will not be using them, and can not confidentiality recommend them.

Josh was incredible to work with during a replacement of the floors on our entire main floor. He had great recommendations, excellent communication and followup - especially appreciated under the timeline we were in! I recently purchased carpet for 2 areas of my home. Simon was very knowledgeable and made the process and my decisions easy. The installation process was quick and they left no mess. My carpet is beautiful, stain resistant, easy to clean with a spill proof underlay. The cost was much less than I anticipated. I recomend End Of The Roll!
