We had our flooring redone through Imagine Floor & Tile and couldn’t be happier with both the process and the final result. When an uneven subfloor was discovered after removing the pre-existing carpet, it was communicated immediately to me and resolved right away. It was handled seamlessly. The team truly listened to what I wanted… something durable, water-resistant, pet-friendly, and still high-end. They provided excellent recommendations and plenty of options within my budget, along with samples to try in my home under different lighting. I chose a stunning 7-ft vinyl plank by the brand, Unifloor, and am so happy with my decision! The installation was done beautifully and thoughtfully. From start to finish, the communication, expertise, and attention to detail were top tier. The entire experience was seamless, and my floors have held up amazingly. We had our living room wood floor replaced. Installers had to take out our old floor then install the new hardwood. This job was done very well, and on budget and in the time frame they promised. Installers Mike and Ryan did a great job. We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Imagine Floor and Tile.
