When an uneven subfloor was discovered after removing the pre-existing carpet, it was communicated immediately to me and resolved right away. We had our living room wood floor replaced. Installers had to take out our old floor then install the new hardwood. This job was done very well, and on budget and in the time frame they promised. Installers Mike and Ryan did a great job. We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Imagine Floor and Tile.
